Technology Issues

This will be short and sweet. All technology derived from extraterrestrial sources must be free and freely distributed to those in need without prejudice.

No technology may be used for military against people of the earth. We may have to use such technology to protect ourselves so we must leave a door open for such because if a not so nice alien force decides they want our planet we must use what we can to defend ourselves.

This will also become retroactive so all technology derived from extraterrestrial sources in use already will be included in such and revert to free and freely distributed.
