Insecure Ways

email a request.

In that a serious attempt has to be made in preventing double messages being sent there will be some stipulations as to registering. Each person who sends a message will have to use their name and address. This information will be stored and encrypted on a computer that will not have access to the internet. Such information will not be used for any other purpose other than cross referencing registrations. I will not under any circumstance release such information and destroy such if it is to be taken by any government or other legal means. Your privacy is your business and if you want to remain anonymous I will do all in my power to keep it as such.
