Legal Issues

There are many laws that will have to be written to deal with world wide contact. Here are a few which I consider to be important.

No human or being from earth can be taken without their knowledge, experimented on or otherwise removed from the planet without their expressed permission. As well no person can be kidnapped or taken and held on earth for reasons of experimentation or any other reason.

No person, country, group or otherwise can have or monopolize any technology derived from extraterrestrial knowledge.

No extraterrestrial technology can be used for war against the people of earth.

No entity can enter the planet if any risk of contamination or disease is possible that will effect the human race or any life forms on the planet.
